Our Holiday Cottage Complex in South Devon

Welcome to Long Barn! We've created this handy estate map to help you get the most out of your stay. Think of it as your personal guide to all the wonderful things our cottages have to offer. 

1 - Pool & Indoor Play Area: Our indoor pool and indoor play area can be found in the large barn near the entrance of our holiday cottage complex. The swimming pool is heated to a constant 29 - 30oC and we have separate male and female changing rooms with showers and toilets. 

2 - Long Barn Holiday Cottage: Escape to this beautiful converted barn, perfect for big family holidays or a getaway with friends! With room for 13 guests (plus extra beds for little ones!), a spacious garden with a BBQ, and two sunny terraces, it's the ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

3 - Honeybag Holiday Cottage: Escape to your own romantic hideaway in this lovely detached cottage. Perfect for couples or those with a little one, you'll love the privacy of your own sunny courtyard with stunning countryside views. It's the perfect place to unwind, reconnect and enjoy some quality time together.

4 - Huccaby Holiday Cottages: Cosy up in this charming three-bedroom cottage, perfect for a family getaway! With space for six guests (plus a cot), you'll love the exposed beams upstairs that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect home base for exploring all that Devon has to offer.

5 - Hameldown: Enjoy your morning coffee with stunning countryside views from your own private garden, complete with a BBQ for those long summer evenings. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's room for everyone in Hameldown to spread out and relax.

Outdoor play area: For outdoor activities, we have the play area next to the paddock where we have football goals and other fun adventure play equipment.
